This is the Spicy Rockin Ramen with Takoyaki and Spamsubi as side dishes. The ramen has chashu, seasoned egg, seaweed, steamed cabbage, green onion, and sweet corn with spices mixed in! It’s super good and flavorful!

The Tonkotsu Ramen seen here is from Takagi Ramen, a Ramen chain based in Singapore! The Delicious tasting broth mixed in with Spring onions,extra seaweed topping and Charsiew make up a simple,yet delicious meal.They also offer other Ramen types and a large selection of sides and toppings! “This is Shoyu Ramen with Chicken Chasu. The soup taste amazing, wasn’t too salty, and still gave out its unique taste. The chasu was tender. The wakame and the black jelly fungi really fit with the noodle,as it was a bit firm and springy.”

Happy birthday Shishiron!!!!~
On this special day for shishiron, I made my own interpretation of Shishiron ramen!
For this ramen, I combined two of shishiron’s favourite food, which is ramen and pineapple pizza!I made a curry tomato broth and top it with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage and pineapple before broiling it in the oven.
I then finish it off with spring onions and nori!

It truly is MeshiTero(food terrorism)! Gahaha！
Just like my ramen, I hope your life will be surrounded with your favourite stuff too!
